This pair of earrings definitely derived from the first two. The important thing I'm finding about this "earring a week"process is it is definitely a challenge not a competition. Each time I finish a pair I see another pair/idea springing from the last one. It is exciting to photograph and post something each week , that camera doesn't hide much as far as craftsmanship and attention to detail are concerned. Having a head in between two ears counteracts some of the discrepancies. I feel like this process is also making me strive even harder for perfection in presentation. Im looking forward to seeing what the other participants have done and where this pair has led me.
